Project title: Social Ecological Transformation and Youth – from ideas to actions

1. Objectives of the project
General objectives
- Continuing to empower and energize young female students to increase their participation, contribution, and success, as well as to pave the way for women's social empowerment in Vietnam, particularly on the SET topic.
- Creating a systematic framework of indicators that can assist local governments in evaluating the impacts of current policies on sustainable development, as well as collecting new data about community development in the context of SET.
Project objectives
- Improving young females' knowledge and skills in social-ecological development and feminism, to help them realize their potential for feminism in SET-related research, communication, and community development activities.
- Expand the SETY network of young female students to contribute to a better SET and sustainable development action and lifestyle among the Vietnamese young generation.
- Identify gaps in community development associated with challenges in the context of socio-ecological transformation, resulting in the development of an indicator system capable of monitoring and evaluating the community's sustainable development goals.
2. Scope of work
- Working with the project coordinator to understand the scope and objectives of the project;
- Produce and provide event services including supply, set-up and management of all audio visual equipments, event crew, event logistics, catering services and other event services;
- Offer competitive pricing and great customer services in Hanoi and Quang Ninh;
- Manage the activities within the agreed budget and in compliance with procurement procedures;
- Proving quotations in VND including all taxes and shall remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline
3. Duration of the activity
- A five-day workshop in Quang ninh in August 2023
- A one–day workshop in Hanoi in September 2023
- A half-day workshop in Hanoi in September 2023
4. Submission
A competitive supplier will be offered to provide service based on their qualifications and experiences. IPAM would like to invite interested suppliers to submit the following:
- Detailed quotation as in Annex 1
- Certificates of being authorized agency (if any)
- Reference of past similar work
