§ 1. Objectives of the project
General objectives
The project will enable and energize female students to learn more about development activities, increase their participation, contribution and success, as well as create a pathway for women’s social empowerment in Vietnam, especially on SET topic.
Project objectives
- Introduce SET from a Left feminist theories and application in the context development in Vietnam;
- Strengthen the knowledge of social-ecological transformation and development to help women change their lifestyle;
- Support female students’ ideas/ research works in the development field;
- Establish a network of young female students in order to find seeding candidates for new development concepts, to contribute for a better action and lifestyle of Vietnamese young generation.
§ 2. Scope of work
- Working with the project coordinator to understand the scope and objectives of the project;
- Produce and provide campaign services including supply, set-up and management of all audio visual equipments, event crew, event logistics, catering services and other event services;
- Offer competitive pricing and great customer services in Ninh Binh;
- Manage the activities within the agreed budget and in compliance with procurement procedures;
- Proving quotations in VND including all taxes and shall remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline
§ 3Duration of the activity: August - September 2022
§ 4 Submission
A competitive supplier will be offered to provide service based on their qualifications and experiences. IPAM would like to invite interested suppliers to submit the following:
- Detailed quotation as in Annex 1
- Certificates of being authorized agency (if any)
- Reference of past similar work
