§ 1. Objectives of the project
General objectives
- Apply SET approach in analyzing challenges and threats of food security, food sovereignty in agriculture development
- Propose policy implications for Vietnam toward a new paradigm shift in agriculture development and food system
Specific objectives of the project
- Identify emerging issues on food security, food sovereignty from SET approach.
- Analyze the concept of food security and sovereignty in Vietnam’s agriculture development policy framework.
- Propose policy recommendations for agriculture development and food system from SET approach.
- Enhance the capacity and understanding for policy makers and stakeholders in applying SET in policy making and analysis process, for a better food system
§ 2. Scope of work
- Coordinate with project manager and project team to understand the scope of the project;
- Produce and provide conference services including supply, set-up and management of all audio visual equipments, event crew, event logistics, catering services and other events services;
- Offer competitive pricing and great customer services inHanoi;
- Manage the activities within the agreed budget and in compliance with procurement procedures
- Provide quotations (Please see Annex 1)
- The quotation shall be quoted in VND for a fixed price including all taxes and shall remain valid for at least 90 days after the submission deadline.
§ 3. Proposed timeframe: 30/10/2021
§ 4. Submission
A competitive supplier will be offered to provide service based on their qualifications and experiences. IPAM would like to invite interested suppliers to submit the following:
- Company profile (if any)
- Certificates of being authorized agency (if any)
- Detailed quotation as in Annex 1
- Sample or references of past similar work (at least 01)
